Friends , last few weeks were full of additional stoppages and extensions . . . . How would you rate this stoppages trend

Aligarh is bit justified (for me) for Champaran HS. Too hard to find needed/justified new halts. E.g. itarsi, can anyone tell the need for stopping SBC raj there? Most are for just for pleasing the respective MP, MLAs.
