does anyone here know how berths are allocated to a particular passenger?how is da process?
i hav booked this morning 5 tickets of 12221 Pune-Hwh Duronto exp for 18th of June...availability of dat day is still showing Avbl-58..in those 5tickets,2 were Sr.Citizen and one of them is woman aged 70...and still they hav allocated an Upper berth to her..no lower berth has been allocated to any of the 5tkts..completely disappointed with the system.!
Is there any website or online complaint book where I can express my dissatisfaction before actual journey?

you cancel your ticket and book again. this time separate ticket for each senior citizen.
