when I check the availability between madurai and bangalore under physical handicapped quota for the date 4th June 2012, I am seeing the berths are available in www.indianrail.gov.in site.
when I try to book the tickets in counter, reservation clerks are sayingberths are not available under physical handicapped quota and they trying to give normal quota. why this is happening like this.
whether I need to book the tickets from tuticorn to bangalore with boarding point as bangalore?

Yes, I carry all the necessary documents. that clerks are in the booking counters are useless and they dont know how to reserve the tickets in different quotas. Today afternoon my father went to the reservation counter in another place and book the tickets under the same quota only
