Should there be a dedicated TV channel regarding railways like daily updates about railways like electrification etc

Last year, I had gone from seeing to 136 Km far away from my home about for electrification in SBE. but, presently the electrification work are came to my near just 4 km away from my home and when i get some free time i have also go to checked Tetelia-Kamalajari-Byrnihat for progressing construction new line.
