wht are the chances of getting W/L 3 and 4 in 2nd AC from JBP to SC for 6-Jun in train 2792 getting confirmed?

Why is PNR required for somebody to predict if the tkt can get confirmed or not.
Sir, PNR reveals some additional details which a simple query does not indicate.
Here is the PNR # 6341952189. Now pl help me and tell the chances of getting it confirmed.

Chances go lower.
