12621 arrived AGC 35 minutes early. 12447 overtaken by 22691 SBC Raj at Bhandai. Now 12447 will have to wait till 22691 vacated AGC platform and 12621 will block AGC platform for another 40 minutes creating congestion. Clearly they should have looped 12621 running early at Bhandai and allowed 12447 to recover some delay.
