Once proposal is submitted to RB, can SWR push or pitch it again. I mean SWR just needs to wait or it can lobby ?
Yes SWR made proposal on suggestion of MOSR so it will be highly important one to take decision by RB. You can see in each proposal they SWR clearly mentions about Suggestion or demand from MOSR in subject line..
But Bijapur Bagalkot Gadag Hospet Ballari is freight dominant route so railways try to run more freights on this route and says no slots to run pass trains. From so many years Koppal Hospet Ballari have only one ONT to bengaluru that also runs always in delay. Both Golgumbaz Exp and Hampi Exp run always full but railways can't run extra train from these places for better travel of pass but can run more and more trains from Bengaluru to Hubli SMET Hassan Mysuru like places.. No proper intra state service by railways yet..And these MP's want to extend these trains to CMNR as they see these trains are scapegoats no one object on these trains extn and they run other trains like VM RC YPR UBL exp Jan shtabdhi siddaganga SMET Jan shtabdhi, Hassan SF and intercity all those trains correctly giving them good services only These Bijapur Bagalkot...

It should be ok, provided CMNR should has pit-lines to maintain 24-lengthy coaches train
firstly they need to upgrade stations like Kolar, cmnr, smet/talguppa, bgm & these places need pitlines
