Hello Friends,
I and one of my friend are going to Bangalore for some urgent Work from Bhopal.
Our Ticket is in Waiting List and I don't think it will get cleared at all. We need confirmed seats as the journey from Bhopal to Bangalore is around 27 Hours.

cancel the previous Ticket which is in W/L
I want to know if I cancel this Already W/L Ticket, than whole amount will be refunded to my Bank Account or there will be certain deductions by IRCTC
P.S. I can't take the risk for this W/L ticket to get refunded automatically, as I will be booking under Tatkaal Scheme
