Extension of 12045/46 to mohali? Then it needs to come back to CDG for maintenance again.
AND all SKs should remain in CDG, provided railways should come up with idea of new parking lines for trains at CDG or at nearby stations.

Sh 12045/46 can be extended till Rupnagar as it will serve iit ropar plus rupnagar has to have mtc facilities else it can go to nldm for maint
Roopnagar is good, if for maintenance it goes to NLDM then why not NLDM- NDLS Shatabdi? Just one more coach would be enough to serve this extra route.
Yes, i agree for that raiway should provide railway line for parking rakes at CDG.
