I am travelling in this train in 1AC and I would like to share few things about the facilities/problems that I observed:
1. The coupe/cabins are comparatively clean.
2. My coupe curtain is NOT covering the door glass completely to provide sufficient privacy. When I demanded to fix another curtain with the coach attendant, he said all coupe/cabin have got only one curtain. May be you can fix a blanket!!

Passengers from other coaches (2AC/3AC) enter the 1AC coach and use the bathroom/toilets!!
4. Snacks served had 4-5 loose roasted almonds in open paper packets, which should be in sealed packets( as in shatabdi express). Also, juice is distributed by cutting from sealed packets and served in cups!!!. I smell something wrong going here?
5. Food/plates served in 1AC are stacked near 1AC toilet. Server washing the tea cups/bowls/spoons etc in the wash basin. Food waste is piled near the toilets. This causes 1AC passengers making very difficult to use the toilets/wash basins. Also, doubt about the cleanliness of food served. Photos of the same uploaded.
irtc should do something immediately to avoid these problems faced by 1AC passengers because the cost paid per ticket is almost equivalent to flight ticket.
