What is your suggestions about a train between Dhanbad-Paradeep Exp via Tatanagar, Hijli, Bhadrak ? Will it get patronage?

Dada DHN-DIGHA overnight train not at all required. Will get less than 10% occupancy. Instead DHN-PRDP exp via Tatanagar will get good patronage. See Dhanbad, Bokaro, Tatanagar, Hijli/ Kharagpur, Bhadrak all big stations and Dhanbad, Bokaro, Tatanagar r Industrial cities. Many officers, workers, labors travel between these cities. Also Paradeep has many industries. A Weekly special train with suitable TT can be tried and if gets patronage can be thought i think. What is you thought Sir?

I know these two are of inverse nature. What I meant is relevance for the population you're targetting. Santragachi-Paradeep is already dump. When a metropolitan completely fails, we cannot expect tier 2 cities to perform any better. 90% of the employee base of Paradeep are from northern India like most other central industrial hubs here, which hardly have any mutual connection. In such a case connectivity to deemed destinations described by the host company(s) is of only relevance. For eg. ANVT-HLZ Exp, Haldia inspite of having ~60% local working population provides good patronage to this. Same weekly result can be expected from Paradeep as well.

Digha isn't popular outside WB, North OD and four prime cities of JH(Jamshedpur, Ranchi, Dhanbad, Bokaro). DHN-DGHA overnight via ASN-ADRA-KGP or ASN-DKAE--MCA could be tried as spl. I think it might get patronage sufficient enough to sustain. Others' opinion are welcome.

Sir SRC-PRDP exp is a dump because of Railway Commercial failure. A train given by ECOR and RB only to use the RSA and for the sake of giving the connectivity with Kolkata. But a commercial failure.
Haldia and Paradeep are very similar , both have Industries, both have Ports. Both Haldia and Paradeep are underutilised stations of IR in terms of passengers traffic. Paradeep is pretty new but Haldia is used only for Freight loading for years by SER. In Panskura-Haldia route Freight has higgest priority and EMU trains. Some situation improvement now but till years before if was the situation. Both Paradeep and Haldia passengers prefer Road transport over Railway.

r correct Haldia gives passengers to HLZ-ANVT Exp because the reason i say is in Factories, Ports workers , labors r mainly from Bihar, Jharkhand, other parts of West Bengal also from many Southern India states. To cater these you remember RB approved HLZ- MAS Exp and HLZ-ANVT Exp. Because many workers, labors are working in HALDIA PORT , and different Factories, Refineries of Haldia r from Bihar, UP, Jharkhand, Andhra, TamilNadu, Orissa, other parts of WB also. To give them benefit these trains r given. Even HLZ-MAS Exp gets passengers from Haldia for that reason.
Now comming to SRC-PRDP exp, if you see many Factories, have Regional offices in KOLKATA as Eastern Regional Offices also many have Offices in Bhubaneswar. Also, Paradeep Port and different Factories, Refineries in Paradeep many labors, workers, officers works are from Bihar, Jharkhand, Orissa, West Bengal. Many officers also visit Paradeep from Kolkata office or Bhubaneswar office for Site visit at Paradeep. If you remember many years back different Industries there at Paradeep had submitted many Proposals at SER HQ, ECOR HQ to provide a Connectivity between Paradeep and Kolkata, Paradeep and Bhubaneswar. But unfortunately ECOR gave connectivity but poor TT and not suitable to any passengers and without survey of passengers needs there. An Tri-Weekly Intercity day train with CC, 2S, II was needed instead of 2A,3A,SL coaches train and because of that failure SRC-PRDP exp is a dump now. RSA partner was given priority not passengers needs.

No use of running Dhanbad-Digha train sir and specially overnight train not required. Nobody end to end will travel if overnight train is given from Dhanbad to Digha via Dankuni, Mecheda route why such a Circular route for this. Not feasible sir. Dhanbad-Digha via ASN, Adra, kgp overnight train is also not feasible sir nobody will travel.
Yes u can try for Dhanbad-Digha intercity type train. In that case Asansol, Adra, Midnapur, Kharagpur passengers will travel, even Dhanbad to Kharagpur passengers will prefer. That is OK accepted, can be tried as special train. Good proposal.
