If they want to make it express then I feel 12pm-2pm would be ideal as there is no much traffic during that time b/w kcg-krnt
For return, 10am-12pm would be ideal but this agreement needs 2 rakes

if extensions will be then hundry should extend upto gtl by preponing the timings
sc - gtl - sc....3.45 - 10.30/5.00 - 12.00

GTL-KCG passenger is also converted as express so this train can be extended to ATP/DMM
