If I have waiting in tatkal 3AC which does not get confirmed, and I dont wish to travel in Sleeper and may opt not to travel, how much will I be refunded? They say that I get full refund of ticket if I'm not given accommodation in booked class. My PNR is 2206907645. please predict my chances of clearence,
