What the hell the Railway Authority does in runniong the train Kalinga Utkal Express No. 8478. They enrouted the train otherwise without any valid reason. They should make arrangement for security in Kharagpur-Tatanagar line. What the hell they are thinking about the passangers who booked their ticket long ago. They must make alternate arrangement for the passanger. But their brain I think is empty. So as their Supreme authority.
