can anyone tell me the rules for cancellation of partially confirmed PRS tickets ? suppose out of 4 tickets in 1A,, three gets confirmed and one remains waitlisted .. can i claim for a full refund, since all of the tickets were not confirmed ?? please suggest , its very important ..

Yes I visited Sammed Shikhar few years later but I went there via MDP-GRD.
