Yes.
Actually this is BIG politics.
As Congress Govt have gone against TMC because they haven't supported their Presidents candidature , hence the CAG Tiger being put in.
There are lot other trains in all over India alongwith some in Bengal to look into for at all if they really want to do some good.

Yes , this committe formed just to threaten tmc govt ... There are more we running all over country .. As an approx calculation there are almost 1500 empty train , ALL OVER INDIA , then why only bengal trains targeted ??? instead of this no use study , they should try to solve those problems of security and tickets , then only it will be justified ...

Infact more than 60% of the intercity trains dont get booked up even 2-3 days ahead.
they are being picked up in the last minute by getting general tickets and seating in reserved coaches while TTE's take resv charge thru EFT on train.
