It is not due to extra coach
the two ticket get confirmed from HO(High Official Quota)
this pnr now strengthen my believe that HO quota is given only to maximum two passengers in a pnr.

What would have happen to the 98 W/L people?, would they have got the HO quota? Can Rajdhani accomodate 100 W/L in the last hour?
