Can some one please tell me as when does the on line ticket booking for a particular train start - at 12:30 AM or at 08:30 AM??
I understand that the time is 120 days before the said date but what is the time 12:30 AM or 0830 AM??

I mean ticket status changes once boarding point is changed..so not sure whether changing boarding point would help in getting confirmed tickets..
Changing BP after booking through PRS window would not affect ticket status. So one can safely get a BP change for a confirmed ticket in the quota of Bangalore.
Ok...but changing while online booking affects the availability status
