Berth is alloted from Pune Charting. At Sbc Charting is there any Chance of Auto- Upgradition if Berth is already alloted?? Please do let me know

How, Plenty of Berths are Available after charting. Is this becous Berth Allotment happend from Pune or the some other reasons
May upgrade but chances are less because these days IR is putting maximum seats for current booking in such scenario.
