Very Nice Pics. 👍
Bhadrachalam Road station is located in Kothagudem. The prominent and famous Shri Ram Ji temple is located far away from this place. Although the roadway connectivity is amazing with Public and Private transport ,the entire region is located in one of the hottest districts of Telangana. Erstwhile the entire town was a part of Khammam district. Even though the main temple lies on the other side of the river Godavari the temperature really burns down.

The crowd at this station is seen only when the respective train arrives. When speaking of

respective trains enormous crowd is seen in the night just before the arrival of 17025 Manugur to Secunderabad Express. It was in the month of July in 2019 and still there was no signs of rains the heatwaves prevailed and for some reason the retiring rooms were locked. The drinking water from the tap in station was also warm.

The announcement of train starts 30 minutes prior and before that it's all the advertisements. Once light trail is seen station management turns on all the platform lights until then only few lights will be turned on on the respective platform.

At Dornakal we were made to halt for the arrival of 57626 Kakatiya Fast Passenger to Manugur and in meantime 12295 Sanghamitra Superfast to Patna overtook us. We didn't depart yet and were still Dornakal 12749 Machilipatnam to Bidar Machilipatnam Superfast has just arrived. I thought we would be overtaken. Finally we departed and behind us Machilipatnam Superfast has also departed. Luckily the halts are same for both the trains but still 12749 has early arrival than us.

It was RAC and hence it was really an uncomfortable experience without sleep so I had to stay awake. Indeed the S1 had lot of RAC passengers and were awake. Few of them slept off by 12am and I could not hence I was awake the whole night.

The express ran like a Superfast. Seemed like WAP-4 of Vijayawada was handling with ease. It also happens to be my first ride in train hauled by WAP-4. We were on time at every station until Kazipet. At Kazipet we are 4 minutes early it was 1.38am and again the sound of buzzing EMD was being heard it's of 12749 which has arrived beside us on PF3 at 1.42am.

We are RF's and we can feel the intensity of excitement when two trains are going to a same station, when they arrive early and made to halt beside each other thinking who would actually depart first would it be us or them. It was 1.49am and there was no sign of signal for us and if there was no sign of clearance for us 12749 will depart. We departed first and I was still unsure of the overtake cause it can happen at any other station enroute.

Until Bibinagar we were on the permissible speed. Right from Ghatkesar to Moula Ali there was loop line skips as the freight trains were occupying. Meanwhile passengers were packing up their belongings.

We reached Secunderabad at 4.10am on Platform 6 which was too early and immediately behind us 12749 has arrived on Platform 2 at 4.13am . There was no overtake on that day. 12722 Southern Superfast to Hyderabad was still on Platform 10.

But still it would have been better if 17025 Manugur to Secunderabad Express arrival at Secunderabad would be at 5am. It does arrive early.

1. Seen here is the concourse with the LED train display showing Departures of 17025 Manugur to Secunderabad and 57626 Kakatiya Fast Passenger to Secunderabad.

2. The station building clicked under illumination and slightly the premises being calm.
