irctc should change some system for the personal users because many a people are doing buisness through their registration even though there is limitation for no of bookings but i think that this is an injustice with the authorised agents in my openion there should be a sysytem that if in the booking the name of person registered is not there he or she will not be entitle to book the railway ticket
your blog is not clear - how much can a personal user book tickets. he has got limits to book tickets. it is not necessry that evrytime the login person should travel. his family or his parents may travel while he may not.
if you have come across instances, make a complaint alongwith pnr number details to irctc. they will verify.
