Both tickets are in the same - high wait listed status. You can count chances on any one till the chart preparation.
@ The WL e-ticket will get automatically cancelled immediately after chart preparation if remained as WL in the chart. So no action is required for claiming the refund. The refund is credited by IRCTC directly to the bank account used for payment of tickets.
