October 7 2009 near narayanpur.. The whole maheshkut narayanpur stretch is kind of marshy land and on that night KIR bound amrapali derailed due to sudden disturbance in alignment of track because of water logging.. Accident k baad is section me almost year ya shayad usse bhi jyada second track band kar diya gya tha.
