what is the processar for the complaint against on duty T C who dose not clear the waiting list and sale reserv berth.

kapadiaji; thanks for the info but the first two bloggers mean this incident is true
u can ask the tte to mention on the ticket that w/l has not been cleared for the journey, which he will avoid if he has sold the berth, then u can approach the train supertndnt to do so and lodge a complaint with him,
