if we get the wl ticket in tatkal cancelled..what are the charges deducted by indian railways.??

20 rs + extra charges like trasaction charges woud be Rs. 10 -15 /-+ irctc charges for 10 rs per ticket will be deducted rest of all money will be back, if it cancelled automatically. if u cancell it manually , then u will get only 25% refund of the original fare.
