Yr Ist para needs to revised , marginally lower than 3A fare .
Next yr observation about cramped space in coach is fully correct and IR should think about it logically
I fear Economy 3A coaches will meet same fate just like Mr Lallo Prasad Yadav side middle berth innovation SL class in late 90 s

** ACC and AC3 are the only profitable class for IR. Rest all are giving losses.
** When ACDD was introduced, IR did the mistake of not passing any benefit of the economies of scale (120 seats per coach instead of conventional 68-75) by keeping the fares same as normal ACC. As a result ACDD turned out to be a failure.
** Had the benefits been passed on to passengers by keeping profit per coach of ACDD & ACC same, fares would have been substantially lower and a number of severe loss giving...

** By repeating the same mistake with AC3E, IR has again lost great opportunity to bring AC train travel to common masses.
** IF AC3E fares are kept low enough to give just nominal profits at full occupancy, IR could have made Delhi-Mumbai, & Delhi-Kolkata routes, the future Dedicated Passenger Corridors, into predominantly 160kmph routes where long distance trains have only AC1,AC2,AC3,AC3 (really low cost) & short distance trains have EC, ACC, ACDD (really low cost) coaches.
** Above arrangement could have popularized ac train travel and set the tone for operation...

No. of seats have been increased by 16% and to keep the revenuie same, the fares have to be reduced by same factor i.e. about 16% lesser than AC3
