Govt must address their concern as many of them are genuine students. Even students must avoid violence.

Those who actually are serious about their selection in exams and jobs in these Government Entities simply don't have time to be vandals like these people.
It'd be of great help if you actually talked to people seriously preparing for these exams, I know because I have. Many in my friend circles have their juniors preparing for same, some of their friends haven't taken jobs yet but they'd never do something like this. All of them know this is simply preparation for Elections.
