click on sign up link on irctc.co.in
fill all the details (email id and mobile no should be active)
agree to the terms and conditions
You would be registered on irctc

Also you would have to do verification of mobile no and email id
Go To Internet Browser And Login To www.irctc.co.in.Then Click On Sign Up Link.Give Your Personal Details And Also Your Email Id And Your Mobile No.For Verification.At The Last Process,It Will Be Some Words In The Box And You Will Write In The Blanks.Then Click On Sign In And You Will Become The Member.
