2 platforms on DAKE is too low. Number of platforms should be increased to atleast 3 somehow on the side opposite to Metro station and the skyway . Atleast all KOAA bound trains should be given stoppage here and some trains can terminate here.
Not only for Maa Kali Mandir here but Dakhineswar provides direct Metro link straight upto Garia area also.
Also Belghoria Expressway provides straight link to Salt Lake, Airport, Haldiram, Kestopur, Ultadanga.

ya, may be.. my view is megacity should have a stop near to its suburbs as quite high population lives there. I guess Ghaziabad will always be an obvious choice due to its location.
I understand your point bro but can't an elevated 3 platform be constructed opposite to the skywalk and metro station end. DKAE won't be able to provide the direct metro and ferry connections. Moreover the roads in and around dankuni are always heavily congested by heavy vehciles. Ultimately people still have to be dependent on HWH.
Metro will expand to Dankuni in future. No space near DAKE for additional PF or even future third line.
