2 platforms on DAKE is too low. Number of platforms should be increased to atleast 3 somehow on the side opposite to Metro station and the skyway . Atleast all KOAA bound trains should be given stoppage here and some trains can terminate here.
Not only for Maa Kali Mandir here but Dakhineswar provides direct Metro link straight upto Garia area also.
Also Belghoria Expressway provides straight link to Salt Lake, Airport, Haldiram, Kestopur, Ultadanga.

Dakhineswar or Baranagar Road can act as Shalimar/Santraganchi do to Howrah. Let trains not enter the congested DDJ at all.

ya, may be.. my view is megacity should have a stop near to its suburbs as quite high population lives there. I guess Ghaziabad will always be an obvious choice due to its location.
