NER Lucknow division is one of the worst sections of IR. The train was barely 10 mins late when it arrived in NER LKO Division at Gorakhpur Cantt, then was made to wait at Cantt for nearly an hour and then takes 7 freaking hours from GKP to arrive at Aishbagh, while running on a FEDL section, getting OTed by many trains and even freights. All the while charging the passengers of this train exorbitantly. Insane system.
