well yuva quota waiting hardly clears...reason might be low fares or unaware unemployed youth...
Very few people would book from HWH to DHN under Yuva Quota. It is more like a General Quota booking in any normal train from HWH to NDLS against the journey leg HWH to DHN.
might be...but to my amazement dhn to ndls enjoys the same quota as hwh to ndls...both hwh and dhn lies in gnwl...
