STOPPED TATKAL FOR agents.....
all IRCTC auth. agent stricly stops the general ticket booking for the month...... all Distributor Company & IRCTC depend upon agent. agent collect the maal [money] for them. See further ....VERY LO.......N..........G QUEUE on windows. who has TIME ?????? stand in Q ?
There is confirm gurantee stand 1st position in Q ?

if agents are creating new IDs, what is the problem to you?
