I doubt that this train will get restored. They have formed a new RSA for this train from UBL (UBL TJ Special Fare) , and they will not leave this rake.
I guess there is not much pressure also from any passenger forums for restoration of this train also.

SwR having more spare rakes. If they want to resume service they can use it. Recently goa vasco LHBfied. They can use same ICF take for this restoration. No idea why they delaying it
They don't need new rake for it precovid it was running as RSA with 17315/16 VSG VLNK weekly express. Now as this is not running they are stabling the idle rake of 17315/16 for 4 days at Sanvordem or Kalem railway station.
