Message hasnt conveyed Tatkal booking!!!
I think others too has replied the same & u only find me foconfidence barometer (strange)
8 am time bar is for 90 days advance bookig day & opening day of tatkal & once its opened, the 00:30 time frame is applicable!!
Do to know it, try demo @ 00:30

irctc have restriction in booking tickets. the reservation can be done from 5.00hrs till 23.00 hrs
tatkal is will starts from 8.00hrs and can be done 3 days in advance. once the tatkal is started you can book at time within the restricted time.

Mr Siddharth has rightly advised you in his reply post Re# 57756-4. Why to wait for next midnight. You can see hundereds of blog here and it is expressly understood that TATKAL qouta exhausts in first 15-20 minutes itself.
