Dear Mr Vinay
As dispalying on irctc.co.in it is not understood that wil it be applicable from the first day of booking or second day of booking. Then how are you confirmed that it will applicable from the secon day i.e. day 2. You can also see this information on irctc.co.in before logging on column IRCTC Updates / Alerts.
Internet Ticket booking is now available from 00:30 Hrs to 23:30 Hrs.
