If people like to stand on doors and any mishap happens then railways won't compensate. It's a people fault.
One of my colleague died by slipping away coz he was standing on doors . He was a traveller in Rajdhani exp and that too in 1A coach .he slipped of when train was in MPS. He was travelling to Delhi by SDAH rajdhani in 2017 station was close to sirsaul railway station. He didn't get any compensation from railways

jo sleeper me full fare deke neeche floor pe baith ke journey karte hai...unko kon c subsidy mil rahi.......or jo railway per coach 55 capacity ke against 200 waitlist ticket issue karta wo bhi without any seats uska kya......speical fare ke naam pe paisa wasool ke train 15-16 hours delay chalti hai uska kya
