jameel ahmed 1 blog postsAs I were travelling in Train No:6351/Balaji Express in(PNR:814-4537678) SL S9/19(WGSCN00280), on July 06th, 2010. I have observed an incovenience/trouble/hurt/ashameness/discrimination/ scolding, to a Co-passenger (an Adolecent Girl-22years)(PNR:853-1803825) SL S9/7 & 8- who travelled in the same carriage, by a RPF Mr.R.K.Vadak.
The incident was as follows: The train was running/nearing towards Pune, 30 minutes before this had happened. While passenger was travelling/sitting in her berth, a RPF came & suddenly scolded towards that Girl (sitting in S9/7) & told that she have to take out her luggage & move to some other berth, because he (RPF) have to be in that berth(S9/7) & whole the night he have to look after the passengers safety. An eye opening incident. I have heard and seen these attrocities by the RPF personnel but not to a girl, having reserved seats.
Someone should have official lodged a complaint during the journey or at a nearby station with all the details. As u said there were lots of witnesses.
Respect for public servant is lost as they do not respect common people.

Good job done Mr. Jameel. If we seat quiet & don't argue with them then they are do this type act with anyone & anytime.
I suggest you all. If you know the rules then don't keep quiet. Fight with them for your rights.

I too agree and appreciate Mr Jameel initiative to take necessary action. This incidents occur lots of inconvenience to passengers. It should be brought in notice to higher railway authorities. I will appreciate railway if they take some necessary action on that RPF Constable. He should know how to talk and behave with ladies.
