CC seats in vande bharat are like plane seats. Hardly any cushion and zero reclining. I traveled in bsb vande bharat last month
IR can rectify the recline angle and re introduce SERVICe with a different brand name
Traveled in BSB vande bharat on 18th Sept in CC. It was really painful to travel upto prayagraj as seats are replica of economy class plane seats. There was hardly any Cushon with no reclining provision. I felt shatabadi Cc seats are better.
