He also submitted a letter outlining other railway-related demands for the Samastipur Lok Sabha constituency, including the construction of ROBs at Bhola Talkies Sampat Gate 53A and Muktapur Gumti No. 02, approval for the alternative route of the Harinagar-Kusheshwarasthan-Bithan (22 KM) section within the Sakri-Hasanpur rail project (79 KM), and approval for the Aululi to Kusheshwarasthan rail line section of the Khagaria-Kusheshwarasthan rail project (44 KM). The train will depart from Ayodhya at 11:00 AM on its inaugural day and will reach Darbhanga at 11:50 PM after stopping at 13 stations. The journey will take 12 hours and 50 minutes, with a two-minute stop at each station. The train will reach Gorakhpur at 2:39 PM after departing from Ayodhya and passing through Mankapoor and Basti. It will then reach Bagha station of the Samastipur rail division at 4:38 PM after passing through Kaptaganj station, followed by a 5:40 PM arrival at Narkatiaganj station. The train will subsequently reach Raxul at 6:42 PM, Bairegania at 7:44 PM, Sitamarhi at 8:46 PM, Janakpur Road at 9:28 PM, and Kamtaul at 10:10 PM after departing from Narkatiaganj. Finally, it will reach Darbhanga Junction at 11:50 PM. Regular operation of the Darbhanga-Anand Vihar-Darbhanga Amrit Bharat Express, train number 15557/15558, will commence on January 1, 2024. The train will operate twice a week between Darbhanga and Anand Vihar, departing from Darbhanga on Mondays and Thursdays and from Anand Vihar on Tuesdays and Fridays. The Darbhanga-Anand Vihar Amrit Bharat Express (train number 15557) will depart from Darbhanga at 3:00 PM on January 1st and will reach Anand Vihar at 12:35 PM the next day after a stopover at Ayodhya Dham. On the return journey, the Anand Vihar-Darbhanga Amrit Bharat Express (train number 15558) will depart from Anand Vihar at 3:10 PM and will reach Darbhanga at 11:50 PM the next day after a stopover at Ayodhya Dham. The Amrit Bharat Express will have General and Sleeper class seating. Tickets will display 'Amrit Bharat' and will include a superfast charge and other applicable fees in addition to the base fare. All existing railway regulations will apply. A recent notification stated that General class fares for distances between 1-15 kilometers will be Rs 35, while Sleeper class fares for the same distance will be Rs 46. For distances between 16-20 kilometers, General class fares are Rs 35 and Sleeper class fares are Rs 50. The base fare for distances between 201-205 kilometers is Rs 89 for General class and Rs 161 for Sleeper class. Different fares are specified for different distances. Passengers eagerly await the inauguration of this new train.
