I need accomodation for 4/5 hour only at Anand Vihar railway station at New Delhi after reaching there. Can i get the retiring room, if yes, then what is the procedure for booking? If not, Then suggest some cheap hotel near AnandVihar Rly st.

since its a new station, and not many trains are going from there, it will be possible for you to get retiring room facilities in Rly Station itself. Keep the train ticket with you and show it to the attendant for availing retiring room facility. pay the necesary charges.
Since Anand Vihar is a newly developed station, and it is near ISBT and a drain, and the main road with heavy traffic and border, no buildings or hotels are near the station. hence you have to manage in the railway station only. Anand Vihar stn is very close to UP border, and so the road separates Delhi and UP. hence not much construction acitivity. The opposite side of Anand Vihar...
