please tell me that in future irctc can prvide the facility for e-tickets if it is in waiting. is can be valid in future as window ticket. can passenger is athouriesed for board in train with e-ticket that is waiting in future.

i have an idea sir ji:
supose A booked a e ticket no matter what the status is.Now he gose to nearest PRS and after showing his valid id and payeing extra charge he converts his ticket as card ticket.Now railway masks this ticket with new simble and this ticket can not be cancelled through Computer.
Kaisa idea hai?
Rail revenue bhi badhega.
