RNC-BSB VB was doomed to fail from the start, RNC ain't a mega city that would have filled a VB anywhere other than PNBE or HWH, no other city in Jharkhand can individually fill a VB !
Just because of the egos of the politicians, the real VB route, HWH-BSB is not getting a train on track. HWH-BSB would fill up a 16 coached VB....
