Should I book 2 seats of Same Name so that after chart preparation I will cancel extra seat and therefore I will get full Confirm seat.

It would not work. If you cancel it later then TTE will consider it as vacant and allot to some one else as it will not count as other sharing RAC passenger has not turned up.Now a days TTE have online pad and no paper chart where real time data is seen to them linked with reservation portal. System may automatically also allot your cancelled RAC seat to WL passenger. Not recommended.
