Mr. moderator you have just quoted in entry 60925-10 about transparency in locking system.
However, Its not transparent yet.
Everyone should have power to lock/unlock his/her blog because its their own choice whether they want a reply on their blog or not.
And secondly if they will have the power to lock it then they will feel secure that time employed by them in...

Sorry, but many posts deleted. Already, Mr. yuvi has been advised to not address people's personalities. Keep focused on rail and travel please.
Everyone cannot be given full moderation rights, Mr. Yuvi. Admins on this site come from the diverse and open internet universe, and they are trusted to maintain the quality of this site. They need to be respected.
If you completely disagree with their views and think they are immature, etc., then respectfully, you should refrain from posting and participating in this forum. That is the only resolution to this issue....
