I travelled in Japan's bullet train and our Amritsar Swarna shatabdi is far better than that. Our food quality is much better than there bullet train.
Are you rating it just by the food quality? What about the other parameters like Speed , Timeliness, Cleaniness ... ?
As an Indian and Punjabi you must like Indian cuisine than pure Japanese
