Yesterday I have booked one ticket from Raipur to Bobbili in train 8517. The txn was done through firefox browser. Everything was okay till the debiting of amount from my account. But the ticket was not delivered. I thought that I did some mistake. Hence I repeated the action of booking again and at last the same result came in that is amount was debited and ticket was not booked/delivered. Will any body tell me what happened and how tow to get a successful txn?
