What type of Role do AGENT's have here in the indiarailinfo blog?

Sir just see the posts of the agents you can understand what they do
Regarding confirmation of the tickets they are not God/IR officials.
As they are in ticketing/tour operating they have some knowledge about IR which they share on this site for the benefit of the blogger without any vested interest
