Hi Guys,
Need one clarity,

I have one ticket of 2 pax, where by HO one pax got confirmed berth where as other one got RAC on charting. Now when I file TDR how much refund is permissible? I have not travelled on this ticket.

As per my knowledge Partially Confirmed Tickets are only subject to minor cancellation charges if cancelled prior to chart preparation.
After chart preparation, individual charges like 70 for 1st AC, 20 for RAC/WL applies.
Since you are saying that only clerical charges were deducted 3 months ago for Conf+WL, the same rule should apply for filing Conf+RAC.
