Doubling work is some 85% complete, the Ganges Bridge @ Garhmukteshwar was major block, which has been completed & comissioned!!
Eectrification hasnt started yet!!

Isnt the Moradabad haridwar route also under process of Electrification

HW Electrification is different issue, which doesnt need MB Electrification!!
Roorkee-Luxar-Nazibabad stretch are Electrified, with sometimes Electric Loco been seen (Till Nazibabad)
If HW would have to be electrified, it would hav done, but its not viable, revenue-wise, as few trains enroute HW-Ambala or HW-MB!!
